Use of Our Site
You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting its operation in any way.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.
Rental Policies
If you rent tabletop items from us:
Order Confirmations: Retainer Deposits to hold rentals for your event is due 72 hours after signed contracts. Rentals are fully confirmed only after full/final payment and signed agreement 10 days before day of delivery or order pick up.
Collaboration Rental Limits: Seasonal collaboration rentals are limited and subject to availability. A maximum of 8 place settings may be rented per shoot for collaborations unless otherwise approved.
Will Call/Pick-Up and Return: All rentals must be picked up and returned to our OTR Showroom during designated hours. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Care of Items: Rented items must be returned clean, undamaged, and complete. Fees will apply for lost, damaged, or incomplete returns.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 45 days to be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable fees.
Complete rental terms are provided at checkout or upon request.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs — is owned by or licensed to The Tabletop Project and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Limitation of Liability
