Studio Coordinator & Design Support (Part-Time)| Cincinnati, OH

Position Overview

We are seeking a Studio Coordinator to assist with daily operations and support in-showroom client design meetings. This is a part-time role for someone who is both highly organized and visually aware. Someone who can move seamlessly between operational tasks and hands-on styling support during client consultations.

You will play a key role in maintaining the studio, supporting client experiences, and ensuring that every detail from inventory to presentation, is executed with care.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations

  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner

  • Assist with order entry, updates, and rental documentation

  • Maintain organized client records and internal systems

  • Track inventory availability and flag potential conflicts

  • Support scheduling of client appointments and showroom use

Showroom & Client Experience

  • Prepare the showroom for all client meetings (resetting displays, staging inventory, maintaining cleanliness)

  • Greet clients, planners, and vendors during scheduled appointments

  • Maintain the overall aesthetic and organization of the showroom

  • Reset tablescapes and displays following each appointment

Design Meeting Support

  • Assist during client design consultations by:

    • Pulling requested inventory (plates, flatware, glassware)

    • Setting and resetting mock tablescapes

    • Taking detailed notes on client selections and preferences

  • Support translating selections into accurate rental orders

  • Ensure alignment between design selections and final order details

Inventory & Back-of-House Support

  • Assist with inventory organization and upkeep

  • Support tracking of incoming and outgoing rentals

  • Assist with packing preparation as needed

  • Maintain clean, organized storage areas

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, retail, events, or hospitality roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

  • Comfortable in both client-facing and operational environments

  • Interest in design, events, or styling is strongly preferred

Schedule

  • Part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)

  • Occasional availability for pre-scheduled showroom mixers or events

Position Overview

The Tabletop Project is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery & Scullery Associate to support the daily operations behind our luxury tabletop rental business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization, and understands that exceptional client experiences begin behind the scenes. From preparing rentals for events to ensuring every piece is returned, cleaned, inspected, and stored properly, you will play an essential role in maintaining the quality and care that defines The Tabletop Project.

Delivery & Event Support

  • Deliver and pick up rental inventory for weddings, events, private celebrations, and corporate functions

  • Load and unload inventory with care and attention to detail

  • Assist with on-site setup and breakdown when required

  • Ensure inventory is transported safely and arrives in excellent condition

  • Represent The Tabletop Project professionally while interacting with clients, venues, and event professionals

Scullery Operations

  • Wash, polish, inspect, and prepare dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and chargers following event returns

  • Identify damaged, chipped, or missing inventory and report issues promptly

  • Maintain quality control standards for all rental items

  • Ensure all inventory is event-ready before being returned to storage

  • Operate cleaning equipment and follow established handling procedures

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Pack and pull rental orders accurately\

  • Organize and maintain warehouse shelving and storage areas

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization

  • Support receiving and processing new inventory shipments

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  • Assist with general warehouse projects as needed

Inventory & Back-of-House Support

  • Support tracking of incoming and outgoing rentals

  • Assist with packing preparation as needed

  • Maintain clean, organized storage areas

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, hospitality, event rental, logistics, delivery, or related fields preferred

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable transportation to and from our Cincinnati warehouse

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
